Cancellation, returns and warranty policy

We work hard to provide accurate information, clear service, and products in good working order. If any issue comes up with your order, please contact us and we will handle it promptly.

Right to cancel

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, or from the date of the transaction, whichever is later.

Senior citizens, new immigrants, and people with disabilities (as defined by law) may cancel within 4 months of the transaction date, provided this status was indicated at the time of ordering and could reasonably be verified.

Cancelling before the order ships is treated as a standard transaction cancellation. Cancelling after the order has shipped is treated as a product return, subject to the terms below.

How to cancel or return an order

Contact us via the contact page or email info@GingerClaw.com with your order number, full name, phone number, the reason for the cancellation/return, and relevant photos if applicable.

Condition of returned products

Returned products must be in proper condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories, cables, documents and components supplied with them. For computers, opening the packaging, powering on the device, installing software, registering the warranty, or using a license key may affect your return eligibility or refund amount, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation fee

For cancellations not related to a product defect, non-conformity, or late delivery, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to the lower of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, and the customer bears the cost of returning the product. No cancellation fee applies, and we cover return shipping, when the cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity, or late delivery.

Defective or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos. We will investigate with the relevant supplier/importer and work toward an appropriate resolution, in accordance with the law.

Warranty

Product warranties are generally provided by the importer or manufacturer; warranty terms are noted on the product page where relevant.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice, per Section 14E of the Consumer Protection Law. Note that this is the timeframe in which we process the refund on our end; your card issuer or payment processor may need a few additional business days before the credit appears on your statement, which is outside our control.

Special orders

Products ordered specially for a customer may be subject to different cancellation and return terms, in accordance with the law and the circumstances of the order.
