Shipping policy

GingerClaw ships computer products to customers across Israel. Estimated delivery time (including order handling and transit) is 2-5 business days from order confirmation, subject to product availability and the courier.

Free shipping on orders over ₪500. Orders below ₪500 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₪45, shown in your cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Some products depend on supplier and importer stock, so availability may occasionally be limited. If that happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a new delivery date, or a full cancellation.

Delays outside our control may occur, including logistics congestion, holidays, strikes, or supplier delays.
